Volunteers Needed: Hamilton's Juneteenth Celebration

On Friday, June 19th, Hamilton will be celebrating at Symmes Park. While a number of activities will be taking place throughout the park, BCDP will be hosting a tent to answer questions, give out information, and register voters.

Join BCDP for Hamilton's Juneteenth Celebration!
Juneteenth is the only holiday commemorating the abolition of slavery, and on Friday, June 19th, Hamilton will be celebrating at Symmes Park. While a number of activities will be taking place throughout the park, BCDP will be hosting a tent to answer questions, give out information, and register voters.
Help will be needed to both set up and tear down the tent, as well as provide information and assistance during the celebration. Anyone working the first shift is expected to help set up and attend the booth for the beginning of the event, and anyone taking the last shift is expected to help tear down the booth.
